Plaice with basil
Instructions
Dredge the fillets of plaice thawed and sauté in a pan with oil, butter and chopped onion.
Deglaze with the wine, salt, pepper and cook covered for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with plenty of chopped Basil and serve.

- 1 pack of plaice fillets (400 g packages)
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon
- Basil
- Flour
- White wine
- Olive oil
- Butter
