Pizza with Mushrooms (Pizza con I Funghi)
Instructions
Wash and dry the mushrooms, slice them up finely, fry them for 2 minutes in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and chopped garlic.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Take the dough, knead dough a little and roll out with the hands in a baking dish sprayed with oil.
Pour over the previously prepared mushrooms, leaving a border of 1 cm discovered round about.
Pour over a little olive oil and Bake pizza in preheated oven at 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
