Pizza with mushrooms
Instructions
Please find the mushrooms in warm water; Rinse and cook in a small saucepan with a knob of butter, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of water.
Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour and knead the dough until it forms a disk.
Grease a baking pan with a little oil and lay the dough.
Flatten the dough with your fingers and picchiettateci above with both hands open.
Sprinkle mozzarella and mushrooms.
Sprinkle on a pinch of salt and pepper, washed down with a little oil and passed in very hot oven for about 20 minutes.

- 300 g of mozzarella, diced
- 100 g of fresh mushrooms
- Olive oil
- 25 g of butter
