Small nests on coasts
Instructions
Bring to the boil plenty of broth that will join the coasts clean, washed and coarsely chopped and rice.
Bring to boiling and drain everything.
Season your rice with butter and grated Parmesan.
Adjust with salt and pepper and let it cool.
Together with rice an egg beaten with a little salt and pepper.
Stir well and then breakdown the aim in 4 piles.
Place on baking sheet lined with a special paper coated with a thin layer of oil.
Practiced in the middle of each rice a little pile moat.
Fill it with an egg, peeled salt and pepper.
Place the preparation in the oven at 180 degrees and simmer for about 20 minutes.
At the end of cooking, gently transferred "nests" with a scoop on the plates and serve immediately.

- 300 g of rice rome
- 600 g of coasts
- Vegetable broth
- 40 g of butter
- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 5 eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
