Small beignets with beer
Instructions
Mix the egg yolk with a tablespoon of melted butter.
Add the flour, a pinch of salt and stir carefully.
Add two glasses of beer, stir again and allow to rest the batter for an hour.
After this time, add to the mixture the egg white snow mounted, the chopped ham and a tablespoon of parsley finely chopped, too.
Sprinkle with a few drops of worcester, then add salt and pepper.
Fry the mixture in spoonfuls in plenty of hot oil, let it drain the beignets on absorbent paper and serve garnished the dish with slices of lemon.

- 100 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 200 g of ham
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Olive oil
- 2 cups of beer
- 1 == Pto Meeting
- Pepper
- Few drops of worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- Some of slices lemon
