Gorgonzola piccatine
Instructions
Melt the butter in a large skillet, sauté the floured slices and leave them just Cook on both sides.
Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with broth.
Continue cooking for a few minutes, then remove from the Pan and put them on the serving dish and keep warm.
In cooking put the gorgonzola into small pieces, mascarpone, 1 knob of butter and milk.
Stir until smooth and thick cream and pour it over the meat.

- 12 slices of veal silverside (thin slices)
- Butter
- 100 g of sweet gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tablespoons of mascarpone
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 ladle of broth
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
