Curried chicken breasts
Instructions
Saute chicken breasts in large pan, add the onion and garlic finely chopped and peeled and cut apples into cubes with curry, previously diluted with a little hot broth, adding a pinch of flour.
Season with salt and pepper and continue cooking at low heat, adding a little before removing from heat, cream.
Serve the chicken breasts well with their hot sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 chicken breasts cut in half
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 apple
- 1 pinch of flour
- 10 cl of cream
- Little of broth
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
- Salt
- Pepper
