Curried chicken cream
Instructions
CHICKEN CURRY CREAM 04580 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 chicken breast, 2 carrots, 1 leek, 1 leg of celery, 10 tablespoons of powdered milk, 2 tablespoons of corn flour, 2 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of curry, salt.
Put in a saucepan, 1 l water, skinless chicken breast, carrots, leeks and celery, add salt and simmer for 1 hour.
With a colander passed through a sieve the broth and add the powdered milk.
Dissolve the cornflour in a little water and add to the broth.
Cook up to make it more dense, add the yolks mixed with curry powder and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly.
