Instructions

Clean the artichokes, remove the hard leaves, cut into thin slices and put them in salted water with lemon.

Let marinate the swordfish slices with green peppercorns, coriander seeds, lemon juice.

Prepare a bed of sliced artichokes; place over the swordfish slices, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil-extra virgin.
