Instructions
Let us cut the swordfish in very thin slices, place on a platter, season with a little oil, cover with the juice of two lemons, add salt and pepper, cover and leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Wash and dry the lettuce, dice them and raccoglietele in a bowl.
Add the Chervil and stir.
Arrange the slices of fish in corona on the serving dish and put the leaves of two salads.
Seasoned with marinade and garnish with a few slices of lemon.
Accompanying wines: Friuli Aquileia Riesling DOC, Torgiano Pinot Grigio DOC, Bianco Alcamo DOC.
