Instructions

Add the swordfish with chopped aromatic, deploy the garlic flakes and press for it, salt and pepper.

Dice small carrots, shallots and celery and burned in wine for 3 minutes.

Heat a little oil, rosolarvi the fish, combine the wine with the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes, just before remove from heat add 3-4 slices of lemon.

Serve immediately.
