Swordfish in vinegar
Instructions
Clean, wash and cut thin slices the carrots and onions.
In a frying pan to heat the oil and put the fish slices, carrots, onions and bay leaf.
Cook the fish for 4 minutes per side, turning once, then remove it from the Pan and oil scolandone pass it on a plate.
Continue cooking the onions and carrots for 15 minutes and then pour in the vinegar making it evaporate half.
Join seafood seasoning again with salt and pepper.

- 4 trance of swordfish
- 1 carrot
- 2 spring onions
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
