Perch in cream green pan
Instructions
Wash and dry the fish fillets, place in a baking dish, sprinkle them with some butter flakes.
Cover them with plenty of chopped Basil and Chervil, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle fillets on a glass of wine, pour the cream and spread on the surface the breadcrumbs.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Served in the pan.
Accompanying wines: Erbaluce Di Caluso DOC, Bianco Vergine Valdichiana DOC, Gioia Del Colle Bianco DOC.

- 8 perch fillets
- 20 cl of cream
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 50 g of butter
- Abundant of chervil
- Abundant of basil
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
