Stuffed partridge
Instructions
Fiammeggiate empty and clean the partridges.
Prepare the filling: chop some of the stems of the mushrooms, liver and heart of partridges, stir and add some bread crumbs soaked in milk, adjust salt and pepper.
Stuffed with this compound the partridges, sew the openings because the stuffing will not come out.
Clean the rest of the mushrooms, cut into small pieces, cut the bacon into small cubes.
Place the partridges in a buttered, ovenproof dish thoroughly contornatele with mushrooms and Bacon, add some butter flakes.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake covered for 20 minutes.
Discover the bowl, stir sauce and mushrooms, finish cooking.
Serve everything warm in the same container.
