Peppers, onions and potatoes
Instructions
Roast the peppers, peel them and cut into fillets.
Boil the potatoes, peel them, cool them down and cut them into cubes.
Boil the onion for 15 minutes and slice it.
Place all vegetables in a large bowl, add the olives pitted and chopped anchovies.
Season with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Homogenize and leave to stand for 1 hour before serving.

- 2 red peppers
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 potatoes
- 40 g of black olives
- 5 anchovy desalted fillets
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Salt
