Peppers and potatoes
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Peel peppers and cut into julienne.
Brown in oil and butter the 2 crushed cloves of garlic and a piece of chilli, remove them and place in the pan the potatoes and peppers.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring often and adding a little warm water if necessary.
Add salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
