Instructions

Bruciacchiare the peppers and peel them, then remove seeds and cut into wide strips.

On each strip to the small slices of ham, a slice of fontina cheese and fold to bracioletta and then stop with a toothpick.

Arrange in a greased baking and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
