Pennette with squid
Instructions
Fry the garlic in oil, add the squid, let it cook for a few minutes and last add wine, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Simmer over low heat for about half an hour and pour this sauce on pennette you cooked al dente.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta pennette
- 400 g of squid cut into rings
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 250 g of peeled
- 1 clove of garlic
- Hot pepper
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
