Penne with zucchini and squids
Instructions
clean the squid, wash them in cold water, drain and cut into 1/2 washers.
Cut the zucchini lengthwise, remove the core and cut into thin sticks.
Pass them in the flour.
In a saucepan, saute the garlic in the oil without burning it.
Pour squid, chilli, salt and pepper: sautee for 4 minutes.
Add the Bay leaves and the white wine and cook for 8 minutes on moderate heat, wash, dry tomatoes, cut in half and pour in the sauce without cooking them.
Heat the oil and fry the courgettes: drain and place them on a sheet of absorbent paper.
Cook the penne al dente, and drain, pay into the pan with the sauce: Add parsley, Basil and fried zuccliine.
Sautee and serve immediately.

- 280 g of type pasta penne
- 200 g of zucchini
- 400 g of totani
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 4 leaves of basil cut thin
- 180 g of cherry tomatoes
- 1 toe of chili
- 50 cl of sunflower seed oil
- 40 g of flour
- Salt
- Pepper
