Penne with mushrooms and sausages
Instructions
Let Cook in 1 pan with garlic oil and the onion into thin slices; join the skinless sausages and crumble and sliced mushrooms.
Pour the wine, let it evaporate, then add the chilli, basil, tomatoes and salt.
Cook over a moderate heat until the sauce has thickened.
Boil the penne al dente, seasoning them with butter, prepared the sauce and Parmesan.
