Penne pecorara
Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water.
Meanwhile make brown butter bacon.
Mix the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese, then stir in the drained penne al dente; pour over the bacon pieces along with their hot sauce.
Stir together again a generous handful of pepper and basil.
Serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta penne court
- 30 g of butter
- 120 g of diced bacon
- 25 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 25 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 20 cl of cream
- Basil
- Black pepper
- Salt
