English language paté
Instructions
Place the brine language in the Blender, along with the softened butter to room temperature and whisk to a minimum for a few minutes, so you get a very homogeneous mixture.
Seasoned with pepper, a pinch of nutmeg and a little salt and put the mixture into a glass jar or ceramic.
Cover the surface with a tablespoon of melted butter and sigillatelo with a disk of aluminum paper.
This paté is very useful to be prepared at the last minute Croutons, on the occasion of an invitation.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of chopped brine language
- 150 g of butter
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Pepper
- Little of salt
