Instructions

Blanch the potatoes for 10 minutes in boiling water.

Mince garlic, onion and Bacon and fry them in oil.

Combine the potatoes, sprinkle of marsala and then wet them with 1/2 cup of broth.

Cook over low heat, covered saucepan for about 15 minutes.
