To heat the oil in a frying pan, but without arroventarlo; flour the food Istanbul one by one and FRY 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain and place them as on a sheet of absorbent paper.
Salt them when they go to the table.
Serve hot.
Can also be fried golden brown; in that case should be passed in the egg after being floured.
