Fried frogs
Instructions
Season with salt and pepper frog legs, put them in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
FRY in hot oil, drain.
Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley and surrounded with lemon wedges.

- 1000 g of frogs thighs
- Flour
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Some cloves of lemon
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
