Piedmont truffled potatoes
Instructions
Bake in covered pan 1 peeled potatoes, cut into slices, add salt and covered with milk and butter flakes (mid).
In the remaining butter to sweat the sliced onion.
Pour potatoes in buttered baking dish 1; combine the onions and eggs beaten with 1 tbsp of milk, salt, pepper, parsley.
Bake 10 minutes, sprinkle with truffle.

- 1 small white truffle
- 4 potatoes
- 40 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp of fresh whole milk
- 1 onion
- Nutmeg
- Chopped parsley
- Black pepper
- Salt
