Blanch the spinach, boil the potatoes al dente.
Beat the eggs with the salt, pepper, nutmeg and milk.
cut the bacon into small pieces.
In a pan greased with oil, arrange a layer of sliced potatoes, sprinkle with chopped onion, salt, pepper and make a layer of spinach and bacon.
Alternate layers until ingredients.
Pour in the eggs and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
