Instructions

It is a specialty.

Boil the potatoes in water initially fressa and unsalted.

When they are cooked, Peel and cut into slices.

In a non-stick Pan fry the lard with thinly sliced onion.

When this is golden, add the potatoes, salt and pepper, then sprinkle with half ladle of broth.

Crush the potatoes with a fork, then FRY over a low heat.
