Tuna sauce potatoes
Instructions
Put to boil the potatoes, and meanwhile prepare the sauce: chop the tuna (drained from oil) with a fork, add a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of chilli, a beaten of garlic and parsley and seasoned mixing well with plenty of oil.
Drain the potatoes, deprive the skin and cut into slices which spalmerete the sauce.

- 6 potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Abundant of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- 1 pinch of chili powder
