Instructions
Put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender and macinateli for 1 minute at maximum speed, then reduce the speed and pour the oil, until it is well blended.

- 2 hard-boiled egg yolks
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
