Instructions
Cut onions into thin slices and fry them until they become golden brown.
Cut the potatoes into slices and pan-fried turned doratele continuously, add the onions, mixed, add salt and pepper, continue frying and sprinkle over the parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 750 g of not potatoes cooked and peeled powdery
- 30 g of olive oil
- 230 g of onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
