Scamorza cheese potatoes
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, cut them into slices about half a centimetre high.
Place them in a buttered baking-alternating with thin slices of cheese.
In a saucepan melt the butter, Add flour and mixing pour the cold milk.
Cook for 20 minutes stirring.
Combined with chopped shallots sauce, add salt, pepper and spiced with a teaspoon of curry powder.
Stir, simmer for a few minutes and then pour the all about potatoes.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for a quarter of an hour.

- 700 g of potatoes
- 200 g of scamorza cheese
- 25 g of butter
- 25 g of flour
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 shallots
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- Salt
- Pepper
