Scamorza cheese and vegetable skewers
Instructions
Cook the peppers in the oven, grill until the skin starts to sear properly, sbucciateli, remove seeds and filaments and cut slopes; cut the Eggplant into slices and grill them.
Cut the cheese into cubes of 2 cm.
Alternate on 4 wooden skewers rolled in vegetables and cheese roll, ungeteli with a little oil and cook on hot grill for a few minutes.
Season with the parsley and chopped celery leaves, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of raw oil and serve immediately.

- 400 g of smoked scamorza cheese
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 eggplant
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- Some leaves of celery
- Olive oil
