Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, then pour into a pan with 12 tablespoons of olive oil and garlic.

Fry over high heat.

Join the Sage, Rosemary, a rub of nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
