Instructions

Boil a bit al dente potatoes in their skins, then peel them.

Chop the herbs, cut the bacon into small cubes and FRY in a little oil.

Cut the potatoes into chunks, mix the bacon and season with herbs.

Add salt, pepper and transfer the preparation in a baking sheet greased with a little oil.

Sprinkle the potatoes with a little oil and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, stirring often.
