Cheese pads
Instructions
In a Holster, stir the flour, parmesan cheese, melted butter (not hot), beat the egg with salt and pepper and cream.
Obtained a homogeneous paste, of medium consistency, level it on the floured work surface and set aside, with a smooth round edges mould or the rim of a glass, circular tartine about 4 cm in diameter.
When ready, place the pads on grated emmenthal cheese so that they are covered by only one side.
After that, place on greased oven plate, applying them on the opposite side to the one covered with gruyere.
Push the tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and let the pads become golden brown (about 20 minutes).

- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 100 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 100 g of emmenthal cheese bavarois
- 50 G = = Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
