Instructions
Peel the onions, wash them and then Cook, whole, in oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes then cut into each upper shell and scavatele, removing the flesh and leaving intact the outside.

In a saucepan melt the butter with pureed pulp, salt, pepper, nutmeg and sprinkle with flour.
Mix well by leaving toast for a few minutes, then add the cubed fontina cheese, stir again until the cheese is completely melted.
Remove from heat and add one at a time, the two yolks, stirring quickly.
With the cream stuffed onions then place them in a baking dish with oil, passed in the oven under the grill and let it cook for a few minutes.
