Potato and onion pie
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut into disks, and thickly Peel onions into rings.
Grease an ovenproof dish, take a first layer of potatoes, add salt, pepper, add some chopped Rosemary and a little olive oil.
Make a second layer of onions, add salt, pepper, add Rosemary and a little oil.
Keep it up in layers until exhaustion ingredients, ending with the potatoes.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for one hour.
Remove the aluminum foil and continue cooking for another 20 minutes to Brown the potatoes.
