Mess of fennel
Instructions
Clean the fennel, cut into 8 slices and cook for about 20 minutes.
Melt in a pan, butter sweet flame, then add the flour, sifted, and toast for 1 minute.
Then add the milk and, stirring constantly to prevent lumps, Cook until sauce thickens.
Scented with salt and nutmeg to taste.
Add the cheese cut into small pieces and continue stirring until it is dissolved.
Grease a large baking dish and sprinkle the fennel in a single layer.
Put the walnuts chopped nuts, half diced ham, bechamel and prosciutto cooked leftover.
Cook in the oven already warm preparation at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
