Mess of meat and vegetables
Instructions
FRY in 1/2 glass of boiling oil 600 g minced meat (beef or pork).
Add salt, pepper and place on a baking sheet over a layer of sliced peppers.
Cover with a layer of sliced Eggplant and chopped tomatoes.
Sauté the meat cooking oil 2 cloves of garlic and 1 sprig of parsley and pour the oil on the mess.
Switch the baking tray in the oven already warm to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serve warm.

- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 600 g of minced meat of beef (or pork)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet peppers
- Eggplant
- Tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
