Instructions

The night before putting the chickpeas to soak in warm water and bicarbonate of soda.

Drain well and pour into pot with 300 cl water and 4 tablespoons oil.

Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 4 hours on medium heat.

Toss the pasta and when it is ready pour into soup tureen.

Finally, season with 1/2 cup of oil, an abundant minced parsley and garlic and ground pepper.
