Pasta with potatoes au gratin
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, Peel and mash with a potato masher.
Mix flour, salt and eggs to potatoes and make a paste.
Spread it like a pastry, fold and cut it into strips like noodles.
Knock them in plenty of boiling salted water and remove them with a skimmer when emerge.
Place in a baking dish, coat with butter and bechamel sauce, sprinkle of breadcrumbs, parmesan and butter flakes and bake them in the oven.
