Pasta with pumpkin
Instructions
Brown garlic in oil, then delete it.
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut into pieces and add it in oil with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
Combine 1 cup of boiling water, cover and simmer gently until you defeat.
Combine the drained pasta al dente and skip stirring constantly.
Finally add the chopped parsley.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
