Pasta with fava beans and zucchini
Instructions
Boil the beans in salted water and drain as soon as they become tender.
Peel the onions, wash and slice them up.
Wash the zucchini, spuntatele and cut them into sticks.
Saute the onions in a pan with 2 tablespoons oil, add the beans and zucchini and cook a medium flame for a few minutes.
Add salt, pepper and perfumed with chopped basil leaves with your hands.
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Cook them al dente and immediately put it in the Pan by mixing with vegetables.
Serve very hot.

- 200 g of any type pasta
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 spring onions
- 150 g of fave grainy
- 1 sprig of basil
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
