Pasta with Broccoli (Pasta con Broccoli)
Instructions
Clean the broccoli, lessarlo in salt water, leave it to drain al dente and keep it warm.
Sauté the garlic with a little olive oil, add the tomatoes, pine nuts and raisins softened, salt and pepper.
Bake on fire for 1 hour.
Boil the pasta, drain it, add the tops of broccoli and sauce, garnish with parsley leaves.

- 1 600 g green broccoli
- 450 g of peeled tomatoes
- 50 g of pine nuts
- 50 g of sultanas
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- 400 g of type pasta pasta mista
- Salt
- Pepper
