Pasta with broccoli
Instructions
To dry the washed and chopped onion in butter, then pour a ladleful of water, the nut and cook for 10 minutes; combine the tomato, chopped anchovies, olives pitted and cut into fillets and the florets of broccoli cooked.
Cook for 5 minutes, then sprinkle the mixture with noodles cooked al dente, insaporendola with the grated pecorino cheese.

- 400 g of type pasta pennette
- 1 onion
- 40 g of butter
- Water
- 1/2 nut
- 2 tablespoons of tomato
- 5 chopped anchovies
- 50 g of black olives
- 400 g of florets of broccoli
- Grated pecorino cheese
