Rustic sauce pasta
Instructions
Soak the mushrooms and chop them with the livers.
Fry them in butter, then add the tomato paste diluted with a ladle of water and cook for 20 minutes.
Mix the ricotta with boiled and chopped spinach, parmesan, pepper and salt.
Combine the mushroom and ricotta with pasta sauce mixture.

- 1 tablespoon of concentrated tomato
- 20 g of butter
- 150 g of ricotta
- 50 g of chicken livers
- 300 g of spinach
- 20 g of dried porcini mushrooms
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
