Pasta with arugula (2)
Instructions
In a pan melt the butter with the gorgonzola cut into pieces and milk until mixture is creamy, add the washed and shredded Arugula and cook for a few minutes.
Cook pasta al dente in salted water, season it with the prepared sauce and serve.

- 450 g of type pasta orecchiette
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of sweet gorgonzola cheese
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- Salt
