Pasta with arugula and herbs
Instructions
03888 TAGLIATELLE with ARUGULA and HERBS INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 450 g of noodles, 50 g skinned almonds, 1 clove of garlic, yellow zest of 1/2 lemon, 40 g 50 g Parmesan cheese, rucola, 3 sprigs of fresh thyme, 180 g extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Chop the almonds with the garlic and lemon zest.
Keep all aside.
Meanwhile, put on a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
Grate the Parmesan cheese (if using a food processor), add the Arugula and the thyme leaves chopped finely and everything: put everything into a bowl.
To pour the oil and continue to stir with a spatula.
Finally, add the finely chopped and flavored almonds and mix well.
Salted boiling water, throw the noodles and cook.
When cooked, drain and season with? pesto? previously prepared.
