Pasta with parsley
Instructions
Peel, wash and chop a good handful of parsley.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the salt, parmesan cheese, freshly ground pepper and parsley.
Drain the pasta and pour into a pan, dress with butter and egg sauce and parsley and let it jump to lively fire rigirandola a few minutes with a wooden spoon.

- 350 g of type pasta pasta
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 60 g of butter
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
